A typical seating experience at our restaurant will generally last 1.5 to 2 hours, allowing guests ample time to enjoy their meals and engage in conversation.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the full selection of our menu to guests who arrive more than 15 minutes late. We appreciate your understanding in this matter, as it allows us to maintain the quality of service that all of our diners deserve.

Cancellations or reservation changes that are made less than 72 hours before the scheduled reservation time are considered non-refundable. For larger parties consisting of 5 or more guests, any cancellations that take place less than 5 days prior to the reservation time cannot be refunded.
It is important to note that rescheduling your reservation within 72 hours of your designated seating time will unfortunately be treated as a cancellation, leading to the same non-refundable policy.

Yes, we are pleased to offer private dining experiences at the restaurant, which can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests. Reservations for more than eight guests will constitute a buyout, and we kindly ask you to call the restaurant to confirm availability and pricing for this option. Please note that the buyout policy applies to guests who may reserve separate tables under different names, but who are all part of the same party. Should this be the case, please regard your reservation as being subject to our buyout policy, as outlined above.

Yes, with some exceptions. Please inform us of dietary restrictions at least 48 hours before your reservation, or we may not be able to accomodate you. We cannot accommodate requests for no rice, vegetarian, gluten-free diets, or shellfish allergies, as shellfish is heavily featured in our Omakase menu. Soy allergies also cannot be accommodated due to the ingredients in our menu.
Contact us 72 hours ahead to confirm your dietary needs can be met. Guests unaware of these policies are still subject to our cancellation policy.

Yes, we charge a corkage fee of $60 per bottle or $120 per magnum. We kindly ask that you make sure to consult with the restaurant beforehand by either calling or emailing. Please remember that any wine or sake that is already on our list cannot be accepted for corkage. Thank you for your understanding.
