Dew Restaurant is dedicated to providing a dining experience like nothing else on the Oregon Coast.

Our Edomae style tasting menu begins with 3-4 otsumami, small plates that highlight seasonal fish and vegetables. The menu then progresses through 6-7 courses of seasonal nigiri, followed by a dashi course, tamago, and dessert.
