Chef Ryan McMullen’s vision to create a superlative dining experience – memorable, intimate, elegant, and a feast for the senses – was inspired by childhood memories of fishing and frolicking in the foothills of the Cascade and coastal mountain ranges.
Thus, Dew Restaurant was born. Conceived with Cascadian inspiration, it seeks to transport you to another world, where refinements of time and space are transformative and every moment can be treasured.
The décor embodies the timeless style of the Pacific Northwest with local Douglas fir counters and hemlock trim throughout. Curated by Chef Ryan and his partner Monica Marteau, this dining experience will bring your senses to a heightened level that the Oregon Coast has never seen.
